Lovely outdoor area, nice big spacious rooms. Great pool and jacuzzi. Great spot just a 5 minute car journey into the main centre and 15 minutes to Alcudia.

Swimming pool seemed to turn all of our costumes green which was a bit strange! Property needed a bit of TLC in places but didn’t impact our stay and everything was nice and clean.

Sehr laute Türen, wir hatten ein Problem am letzten Tag, hatten kein Wasser mehr aus der Leitung. Die Problem Lösung was sehr zäh und langwierig - konnten erst am nächsten Tag um 10 Uhr wieder aufs wc gehen, da gabs dann wieder Wasser

Lovely villa, a real treat it’s huge! 5 of us in total and plenty of space. 3 of the rooms are more than adequate with plenty of storage and air con in each, the pool is large and maintained to a high standard. The grounds of this property are well taken care of and immaculate, hot tub was another nice touch along with a table tennis table and some board games, books and plenty of info on the local area supplier in the villa. Takes about 10 mins by car to get to either Pollença old town or Puerto pollenca, there is a Lidl and weak shopping centre also only 10 mins up the road by car. Staff were great through our visit with plenty of information if and when needed. The villa is top of our list if we come back to Mallorca, beautiful island.

Nice pool , garden nice, house is good.

Needs some things repaired / replaced that are just basic, eg. Broken bin in bathroom, air conditioners very noisy, missing kitchen items eg ice cube tray, only one very old chopping board, , knives very blunt etc, sofa needs cleaning or replacing, we had to our towels on it to use it.

Absolutely perfect. I am planning on staying there next summer for at least a couple weeks.

The views from the villa are beautiful. You can see the coastline, surrounding countryside and mountains all around. It is in a quiet location and very peaceful. The villa itself is spacious, has a really good pool and garden with barbecue. It is surrounded by fig trees which produced lovely, ripe figs to pick. There is ample parking on the drive under the shade of the trees.

The location of the villa is difficult to find. Even though the hosts sent location co-ordinates, there are no less than three villas all called Villa Can Canavaret in the area. It took me three attempts to find the right one. Although the villa is in a lovely, quiet location this means the roads to it are very narrow with tight corners. All of the air conditioning rattled loudly and were so noisy they couldn't be used at night, which made for a very uncomfortable night in the heat. This wasn't reported at the time as it isn't an easy fix. The units are very old and need replacing. We were there for one week from Saturday to Saturday and from Tuesday onwards there was no hot water, so it was cold showers only. This wasn't reported at the time as each of us weren't aware of the other not having hot water and so assumed we were just unlucky and needed to wait while the hot water refilled. The general cleanliness of the villa was good, however the inside of the dishwasher was very rusty and unhygienic and there was mould around the sides of the bath/shower. The internet connection was very weak and unreliable and for a lot of our stay there was none at all. Minor deficiencies include: Not enough cooking utensils, especially saucepans and chopping knives, and some utensils were rusty. It is essential to clean up every scrap of food so as not to attract ants, but there were no cloths or anything to clean the surfaces with and the broom had no handle which meant crawling around on your hands and knees to sweep the floors. Some outdoor anti-mosquito devices would have been welcome (we can't use chemical sprays on skin). It wasn't enjoyable sitting outside being bitten all over, which was a shame as the outdoor area is really nice.
