Villa Can Deyá

The location was good ,the pool and gardens were lovely the villa was very nice we liked being out of town but not isolated from restaurants ect the facilities were good

We thought certain aspects of the villa could do with some up dating ,especially the bathroom the hot water was excellent but could do with. new shower unit and general up date ,also a general lick of paint through out property hope these remarks were not to negative ,has we really enjoyed are stay

Loved the location nice and quiet the villa met all my families needs

Great location at Puerto Pollenca. Swimming pool and gardens were lovely, as were the outdoor spaces. View of mountains and country gorgeous. Villa is old and characterful.

Lock box for keys difficult to open. Bathroom very shabby with dirty tile grout, rusted plug outlet and bad leak from underneath bath meaning floor had to be mopped after every shower or bath. Kitchen appliances old and shabby. Gas oven difficult to light. Spiral stair to upper bedroom narrow and steep making it suitable only for the fit. Floor level grille in upper bedroom open to living room below means there is no noise separation - villa therefore only suitable for a single family as no privacy possible. Generally, the villa needs investment to meet reasonable modern expectations - especially the bathroom. Removing some of the the antique clutter might allow a deep clean.
