Villa Titán

La ubicación, primera línea hacia el parque nacional de timanfaya, la noche, el silencio absoluto, las estrellas, la oscuridad. La naturaleza no pide permiso en esta casa. Espectacular.

La villa è fantastica in tipico stile canarie-lanzarote, il luogo intorno incantevole, il silenzio regna sovrano e la pace dei sensi è una costante nel piccolo paese di 800 abitanti. I proprietari sono discreti, gentili e sempre pronti a rispondere ad eventuali domande

No quiero parecer que descalifico a la vivienda en su totalidad, tiene una amplia terraza, es cierto que tiene ciertas vistas y la piscina, a la vez que está muy cerca del Parque Nacional, y a cualquier lado llegas más o menos en 20/25 minutos (o menos).

Lo intentaré explicar de la menor manera. Se paga 590 € por dos noches y eso debe requerir un mínimo de cariño y mantenimiento. La descripción de la vivienda (a nosotros nos daba igual al ser 3) no es exacta, porque no tiene 3 dormitorios sino dos. La vivienda como tal tiene toda la apariencia de ser una casa que en su momento fue dividida en dos partes, y de ahí la cierta extraña configuración de la misma. Tampoco hay dos baños como aparece en las fotos de presentación de la finca. En el que sí teníamos nada que objetar, amplio, en ese sentido perfecto. Dicho esto, dentro de la vivienda olía como a humedad del agua de la piscina o en la zona de la cocina a gas. No era agradable el estar tiempo dentro de la vivienda y optábamos por intentar crear en lo posible (con el calor existente al ser verano) por crear algún tipo de corriente de aire. El olor lo tuvimos durante todo el tiempo. Cuando hace calor los dormitorios son muy calurosos y la vivienda no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Encontramos un ventilador pero a los 5 minutos lo quitamos dado que no ayudaba en nada. Dormir así, incluso con ventana abierta no fue nada agradable, por esa falta de climatización. Las fotos de presentación aquí no tienen que ver con la terraza en cuanto a mantenimiento. Las tumbonas estaban todas viejas y sucias y por supuesto ausencia total de esas toallas de colores que le daban colorido en el anuncio publicado. Por otro lado a nosotros nos daba igual, pero los amantes de entornos limpios, aseados, más presentables, no se sentirán a gusto ahí, por cuanto hay cierta suciedad en los alrededores y las fincas aledañas (personas que viven) no se acercan al estándar que se quiere mostrar con Villa Titán. La vivienda puede tener potencial, pero requiere de mucho más mantenimiento y atención.

Absolutely stunning views from the large terrace. Veryclean. Peaceful. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a great shower, and a well- appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook and bbq. The local cat was adorable and very friendly! The pool was quite cold but perfect for an invigorating early morning dip. Great location for exploring the island, and also a great walk to the Caldera Blanca right on the doorstep. Casa Satorno restaurant in Tinguaton was fantastic and only a 15 minute walk away. The local bar Lucha de Buda was also fine, 5 minutes walk and next door to the local shop.

Nothing really, apart from there wasn’t much information available, e.g it would have been useful to know that there is a food waste bin next to the main bin up the street. The chandelier in the sitting room was magnificent! It would also be nice to have a couple of lamps to make it feel more cosy in the evening, however that’s my only small suggestion! No outdoor towels provided.

The terrace and view, bathroom was a good size with good water pressure for the shower, well equipped kitchen.

The fitted sheets were lose so uncomfortable. The bidet was not working.

Liked the area. The area is amazing. Pool is great. View is awesome. Host is sweet, but didn’t understand each other (doesn’t speak English). The cats that hang out at the place is really nice, also when you don’t give them food.

Got bit by neighbors dog (not through the skin though). Furniture is a bit worn down. Also got visited by a cockroach (we dont have them at home in DK, however don’t know how common they are there, and it was only one).

A wonderful little villa with fabulous views. The outside terrace was ideal for our energetic toddler to run around. The pool was lovely (although the water was very cold when we visited in January). The villa has everything we needed. Decor was a little dated. Host was very pleasant and keen to help.

It didn't bother us but the villa doesn't have a smartTV. There were a couple of cats that kept appearing and trying to get in!

The views out to the National Park were spectacular. A truly stunning location and really close to one of the volcanoes for us to walk up. The accommodation was nice and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool was tiny and freezing.

I would have liked the pool a bit cleaner
