Buiten badkamer is leuk idee maar als het regent voel je ondanks afdakje wel wat spetters.

The staff was really nice, kind and helpful. It had a really nice jungle vibe, which our family really loved. Everything was clean and tidy. We recommend it very much to every visitor.

Nice place! But very strange customer service: we first booked 1 night and then texted them to cancell this because we wanted a bitter room for 2 nights. The money for the first booking was still deductief and during our stay Mekong silt ecolodge said they would send the money back. 2 months later still not received and we regularly contact them to follow up.

Lovely rooms in a pretty garden and with a great pool area.

We stayed in on of the boats and it was great fun. The pool area was lovely - especially during the hot weather. The gardens and dining area are beautiful too. Lovely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Especially the girls at reception and in the restaurant.

I was contacted by WhatsApp after making my booking by someone who identified themselves as the receptionist from this property. The helped me organise a transfer from Saigon and also a couple of tours. The car was an hour late to pick us up and the tours were very average. When I discussed this with reception, it turns out the guy wasn’t even a part of the hotel - I have no idea how he got my personal phone number but it can only be from the hotel. I really didn’t appreciate this at all. He also had over charged me for everything. The guy then sent me another WhatsApp admitting he wasn’t a member of staff. I asked how he got my number but he didn’t reply. The breakfast foods can be covered to stop flies going on them.

The lush surroundings. Excellent pool. Interesting dinner menu. Sweet staff. Great floating market tour that left by boat right from the hotel. Quiet (except for the karaoke in the vicinity which seems common in small villages). The location, although remote from town, was appealing to us as we were amongst local life. We liked the outdoor bathroom but it may not be for everyone. Loved the location of our bungalow on the canal.

The english spoken by the staff isn’t great. A little frustrating getting there with the grab app from the bus station. The breakfast was limited for the price point. Also, same things served for the most part every day. Dinner selections were interesting but the menu needs better descriptors. No western options. Very limited alcohol choices.
