Gute Lage, sauber, gut ausgestattet, hell, warm.

Has Haus war sehr feucht, alle Klamotten aus dem Koffer waren gefüllt nass. Spülmaschine ist verrostet und spült schlecht, kein Deckenbezug ,Toiletten Tür war defekt der Vermieter war informiert und der hat sich nicht mehr zurückgemeldet ,schade. Ganz viele Mücken im Haus, trotz drei Stecker gegen Mücken Pro Zimmer es hat nichts geholfen 😒

The villa’s location was great, and there was plenty of space inside. We were also happy that there were no cockroaches, despite some previous reviews mentioning them. Overall, the villa offers good value for the money you pay.

The villa could use some refurbishment, as certain areas look a bit worn out. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly, and some dishes left for use were not clean, which was a bit inconvenient.

La piscina estaba muy limpia, y la distribución de la casa me gustó bastante.

Pienso que tienen que renovar menaje sobre todo de la bbq y que se pudiera regular la presión de la ducha. Sería muy positivo que pudiéramos usar el garaje

Gar nicht

The Villa was clean and tidy although the pictures that are shown on booking.com do not represent what it looks like now

The pictures on booking.com are very outdated . The decking is not safe if you have young children as coming apart at the ends with nails not flat. Also loose decking and could do with some attention all round . The pool was not cleaned at all whilst we were there . The checking out tile is 10am with no option to stay a little later , even if paid . On out trip had to leave suitcase at a Newsagent who took luggage which was in town , 20 min walk , not great in heat and cost more obviously.

The Villa was lovely and well equipped. It was near to a beach, supermarket, park and a short walk to main nightlife.

We had a problem with the pool turning everything green. The owner came straight out to resolve it and he checked again later in the week. The decking around the pool needs repairing and the one bedroom marketed as a double is really small, with the bed pushed up against the wall. Might be an idea to swap it with the single beds.
