A great place, as shown in the pictures and more beautiful and cozy, especially when you use the fireplace. Perfect for large groups or families. 5min drive or less from the ski resort, clean and fully stocked with everything you need (firewood, kitchen, bathroom utensils etc) Last but not least host always responsive and helpful.

The garden fence needs renovation, but still - one of the best places to stay in Borovets.

Locația liniștită, confort și spațiul mai mult decât suficient oferit. În plus gazda a fost mega drăguță să ne lase o cutie de Rafaelo, mere proaspete și capsule de cafea la discreție. Mai menționez de asemenea că a fost foarte receptiva la nevoile grupului, s a asigurat atât la cazare cât și la decazare că avem tot ce e nevoie.

Un mic minus când mergi cu grup de prieteni este faptul ca există un singur duș disponibil, noi fiind 10 persoane în total. În rest totul absolut excelent!

A very comfortable villa among the trees in the forest. There is everything needed and it gives a calm and peaceful stay.

Wow! Where to begin. This is one of very few Villas in Borovets and what an amazing stay we had. The property was perfectly suited to our large party; three spacious double bedrooms, one super cool attic room with 4 single beds which was perfect for the older teenagers. The beds were very comfy and each room had ample storage. The living room is massive and the open fire was lit every night making it super cosy. To the side of the living room is a perfect kitchen with connecting doors meaning we could prepare breakfast whilst those in the living room were undisturbed. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and was perfect for the largest of evening meals. Outside there is an outside bar with Pizza Oven which we used once and made for a great evening. The villa came equipped and fully stocked in every aspect, linen, lots of towels and spare bedding, toilet roll, cleaning products etc. Finally the host was amazing; very responsive and super accommodating with our additional requests. Whilst a little walk (15-20mins) away from the centre of Borovets there is a regular shuttle bus from the hotel that can be used and the hotel which is a 20 second walk has some great facilities that can also be used.
