Villa Maria Beach Villa

The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean throughout. There’s a lovely big veranda covered outside area overlooking the immaculately maintained garden which is beautiful and very big. The entire outside space is massive with enough room on the driveway to park two cars easily. The entire gardens and outdoor areas are screened all around the villa and is very secure and safe for children to run around without having to worry about them being able to get out of the gardens or for anyone else being able to walk in the outside areas. The swimming pool is just superb, incredibly large and clean and the water temperature is perfect for swimming and splashing around in. I could go on and on about all the positives this villa has to offer. The hosts are absolutely fantastic in terms of their communications from the moment I made the reservation and throughout the build up to our arrival we have had the best experience with Maria and we were so surprised and delighted when Maria turned up on the day before we were due to check out and gave my daughter a lovely gift which was above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be going back to stay at Villa Maria again.

The only thing we really didn’t like about the Villa was the fact that we had to leave it !

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. Maria was an excellent host and made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. The property was perfect for a family holiday — comfortable, well-maintained, and in an ideal location. It was close to excellent restaurants, a lovely stony beach, and just a short walk from the main town. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Los baños un poco antiguos

Een droomplek waar we voor de tweede keer van genoten hebben! Voor de tweede keer verbleven we als familie in Villa Maria – en net als de eerste keer was het werkelijk fantastisch. Het huis voelt als thuiskomen: ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles klopt hier gewoon. Het zwembad is geweldig en wordt zorgvuldig onderhouden door Maria’s broer, die twee keer per week langskomt – altijd vriendelijk en respectvol. De prachtige tuin is een oase van rust, met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee dat nooit verveelt. De ligging is perfect: op korte afstand van het strand, leuke restaurants en het dorp. Alles is binnen handbereik, zonder in te boeten aan rust en privacy. Wat deze plek écht bijzonder maakt, is de liefde en zorg die Maria en haar broer erin stoppen. Je voelt je oprecht welkom. We vertrekken weer met mooie herinneringen en veel dankbaarheid! Heel veel liefde voor Villa Maria 💛

Villa: Villa Maria is excellent. The pool is large and clean, the grounds are well kept, and the house is spacious. The villa has space to park 2 cars and has lockable gates for security. Location: The location is quiet and private, a short 5 min walk from the nearest beach and several restaurants. 10 mins from a large supermarket, and 20 mins from the main town and the main sandy beaches. Getting there: It's an easy 1.25 hour drive from Alicante airport to the Villa. Villa Manager: Maria is wonderful. She's welcoming, thorough, and kind. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay in her Villa.

There wasn't anything I disliked. I had a wonderful time and will hopefully visit again.

Villa Maria was beautiful. Great location, amazing pool and grounds surrounding. My family and I have had a fab holiday here and would highly recommend. Within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants overlooking the beach and within a few minutes drive of the local supermarket, the main beach and some smaller coves we had everything we needed. Maria herself was an excellent host, so lovely and attentive to detail and very welcoming.
