Dobrá lokalita, kousek od zámku.

Velké chuchvalce prachu pod postelemi, špína ve skříňce v koupelně pod umyvadlem. Tvrdé matrace. Přímo pod okny projíždí několikrát za den dopravní vlaky s kontejnerovým nákladem. Okna hluk poměrně dobře izolují, ale v létě to bude problém. Málo porcelánového nádobí. Pro čtyřčlennou rodinu nedostačující. Bylo to trochu spartánské vybavení.
