The host was very responsive and so helpful to all queries. Pool was good size for swimming etc and was heated. House layout and space was good. Located just a 5 min walk from Aqualava waterpark and about 20 mins to the car ferry marina/start of the sea front walkway (shops bars and restaurants etc). House had a dishwasher and washing machine which was great.

A few additional saucepans and ovenproof dishes would have been useful.

pool.area..But this area would not be good for young children as pool is very deep.

the air conditioning in upstairs room didn't work well. There was nothing on arrival in fridge like water or milk.

Kitchen window doesn’t lock Bedroom 1 windows don’t lock shower curtain foot too long and mouldy bathroom light above sink not working bed frame cracked and so uncomfortable Front room sofas peeling and bits constantly all over floor not enough room for all six of us to sit down together Bathroom 1st floor door doesn’t shut Stairs to downstairs have some sharp edges Bedroom 1 down stairs shower curtain foot too short always leaking out , toilet seat hanging off Bedroom 2 shower cubicle leaks and floods all the time 1 small and 1 bath towel only per person which are normally used to soak up water from 2 of the showers downstairs Builders at least 4 of them looking down at us from building site next to / above us which we knew nothing about no privacy whatsoever so my teenage daughters will not come outside or lay by pool go in kitchen or front room as conscious of builders looking at them being awoken everyday so far to banging and drilling at 8am builders can see straight in to front room and kitchen and whole pool area so we have to always be dressed properly …. We got a villa with pool and paid the extra as wanted the privacy for us and our 3 children …. Didn’t happen No English tv No welcome booklet or instructions no chopping board Person looking after villa away he did get main bedroom light fixed for us the 1st day we arrived but has since gone away Cockroaches constantly in both downstairs bedrooms coming under the door Broken tiles on side of pool deep end hubby cut foot on … Pool cover mouldy Outside light not working above patio door Bins not told where to empty No idea when or if sheets and towels are gonna be cleaned as host is away and he doesn’t speak much English NO COMPENSATION FROM HOST WHEN PHOTIS AND VIDEOS SENT OF ALL THESE THINGS …. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

Villa was nice but really could do with modernising the bathrooms I.e cubicles instead of shower curtains, air con would be good in the living room, satellite TV or even a smart TV so yo can get Netflix only one english channel which was the news .. more cleaning items needed ie dustpan an brush indoor mop. Needs new sunbeds so uncomfortable and old , hose pipe to clean the outside floor as very dirty also blinds on the windows to keep the sun out there was a smell from downstairs shower but this maybe to not being used often... also no were to put rubbish ..it is more like a half hour walk to the main strip taxis were cheap and bus stop just outside which was good.. we did have a really nice time but villa just needs updating a little bit pool was lovely, also there were no free toiletries only toillet rolls there was building work opposite but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be

The pool.and pool area are fantastic and all the rooms are spacious

Outside area was beautiful, lovely sized pool. Big indoor living room space. Within walking distance to lots of lovely places.

No travel cot was provided even after we requested it, luckily we had something suitable for the baby to sleep in. Two of the three showers had fallen from the wall so just had to be held which was a slight pain but wasn’t the end of the world. We weren’t told were to dispose of our rubbish. Would have been super handy to have had an airer to hang the washing on😊
