Es una casa muy linda, ubicada en un condominio muy bonito también. El ingreso es ordenado y controlado por la seguridad del lugar. Doña Gloria y las personas que nos ayudaron en la casa son muy amables y serviciales.

En cuanto a las instalaciones son muy lindas, cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer más cómoda tu estadía, sin embargo, la atención no estuvo tan buena, el día de la entrega necesitamos ponernos en contacto con la propietaria para hacer algunas solicitudes pero nunca contestó llamadas ni mensajes, considero que la atención es un factor importante para que el cliente se sienta a gusto y pueda recomendar el lugar.

El clima

Falta de agua, no hay toallas, no hay tendidos de cambio, almohadas incómodas, no todos los cuartos cuentan con aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no son suficientes, falta ventiladores o aire en la sala, el área social no cuenta con baño, siempre hay que entrar desde la piscina hasta los baños de los cuartos, faltan elementos de aseo en general.
