Nissi Beach Golden Villas

This was our first time staying at the villa, and we were pleasantly surprised. The photos are accurate—the living room is spacious with three comfortable sofas, and there's a separate kitchen with a dining table. Upstairs, the bedrooms are cozy, with a balcony and soft, inviting pillows. We travel to Cyprus every year, and this time I had the best sleep ever. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. The highlight of the villa is the backyard with the swimming pool. We loved starting our mornings there with a cup of coffee, just relaxing and watching the water. The sun loungers are brand new, which added to the comfort. Before booking, I had some concerns based on previous reviews, but I can confidently say the villa has been refurbished and fully equipped for a great stay. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Nissi Beach. There's a supermarket nearby, as well as the best Lebanese restaurant. The best part was the communication with the host. They were always available and easy to reach. Thank you for your constant support and hospitality!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Nissi beach golden villas in Cyprus, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The villa itself was stunning, with a perfect blend of traditional Cypriot architecture and modern amenities. The interior was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere that felt like home. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor pool. It was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, surrounded by lush gardens that added a touch of tranquility. The villa was also conveniently located near some of the island's best beaches and charming villages, making it easy to explore the local culture and cuisine. I also appreciated been able to contact the host if i needed too. Overall, my stay at the villa was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by natural beauty and rich culture. I can’t wait to return!

Only 5mins from nissi beach. In a very quiet road. Very peaceful to sit outside on the patio.

It's close to Nissi Beach

Dirty, old, dirtiest pool I have ever seen, filled only half with water. Hasn't been cleaned for the whole season. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, it's a scam. Try anything else, it can't be much worse than this.

I really liked the responsiveness and attention of the staff. We had a late check-out and the staff understood and allowed us to stay for free. Thank you very much for this! Ideal location. Everything is nearby, including the beach and grocery stores. Large spacious two-story apartaments.

Perfect location, just 5 mins by walk from the Nissi beach. Everything was perfect, the apartment includes all necessary amenities. The host was easy to reach and let us late check out on the last day. We enjoyed our stay at the villa and extended our stay for one more week.

The location was close to one of the most brautiful beaches in Ayia Napa. Possibility to check out later than the hour suggested on Booking

We received the check in instructions two hours prior to the supposed check in hour. We tried texting and calling the host, but without any luck. We received a call back after we involved the Booking customer service. The house, the backyard and the pool were not clean at all. Most of the sunbeds available on site could not be used because they were torn apart.

The response from the villa host was Mon existent. I was promised a call to confirm whether a late check out was possible but despite chasers nothing was ever confirmed. I also asked other questions but zero response so that was disappointing. The villa is in desperate need of some TLC decor wise and the furnishings have seen better days particularly the double bed, the kitchen table.a d the garden furniture.and could do with being replaced. In addition, the pillows are horrendous and don't have any coverings and are really badly stained. It is my guess they haven't been replaced in more than.10 years.
