It was spacious, excellent location.

The Location was excellent, as was the villa. It was spotless on arrival . The Manager of the Villa was extremely helpful and even managed to get us somewhere to stay after checkout due to the lateness of the flight back. The rooms were a good size, the downstairs accommodation was large and the lift was a real bonus

Not entirely a fan of Coral Bay resort but that's a personal opinion. The main strip of restaurants and bars is close and has a varied choice of menus and costs and some nice restaurants nearby.

Villa is clean and has good facilities, pool was dirty on arrival and no bbq racks. Contacted the host and the pool was cleaned the next day and bbq racks dropped off. A good 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars and there is a shop 2 minutes away for essentials. The main supermarket ‘phil’s’, is far enough to need a car or taxi for the initial ‘big’ shop, it’s about a 15 minute walk if you don’t have transport. Beach is 1 minute walk down the back. Paphos is a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. NB to host - well done for putting up the divider between the villas. We had plenty of privacy. I suggest you invest in some better quality pillows next.

Fantastic house to spend a week in. Heated floor downstairs really made a difference for us, as cold winter weather felt ok when the house is so comfortable. Loved the view.

Villa was lovely with good sea views. Location was perfect with beach being short walk away. Has a problem with the toilet flush & the host came straight round to fix it. Really nice hosts.

Luckily only 4 out of us 6 of us could go to the villa. There was only 4 sun loungers. We went there to sunbathe at the villa & I have no idea what the extra 2 guests would have lay on. Not enough kitchen equipment.

We could see over to the villa next door which was occupied during our stay and vice versus, it’s attached so not very private with only a very low wall separating the pools and garden area

Beautiful villa. Very clean. Lovely pool area with great sea views. AC in all areas. Kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. Has private drive/parking. Quiet location. Close to a sandy beach - literally a 5 minute walk. Host very responsive.

Pool area too close to pool area of adjoining identical villa - separated only by a very low wall so might not feel so private. Luckily, we had no neighbours for the entire holiday.
