"Value for money"

Value for money. Convenient location

We stayed in Villa #1 which is right in front of the street as a result it was noisy at night. Pool was small and half the size of the other villas

The villa is on a great spot, only 1km walk to Ayia Napa square so great for friend groups who like to party. Fruit markets and supermarkets are very close since the Nissini Avenue is right there. It was very clean and homey. The villa was well equipped, plus points from the dishwasher and washing machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive, answered all of our questions. :)

The pool was located in the back of the villa, so the sun would only shine there later on the day and it was quite small. The water pressure on the shower wasn’t good. The villa would have electricity only when the key was at the wall. Had to buy toilet paper ourself.

"Spatious and clean, great location"

The property is nice and spacious, has a toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs, hairdryer in each room, contactless check in/out, the location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and beach. There is a pool, the water was very clean from what I saw ( was too cold for us to try it).

Being close to main road it was very noisy at night. This is Villa number 1, perhaps the rest are less noisy. I would have liked to have some toiletries ( shower gel & shampoo) but the shops are really close and you can buy your own.
