"Excellent"

The villa was beautiful, very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Great location - it was quiet and very convenient, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Unfortunately, we received the villa with a dirty swimming pool and had to wait almost two days for it to be cleaned, which was disappointing. One of the two large floor-to-ceiling glass doors had no blind or shutter, which reduced privacy in the kitchen and dining area. The backyard could benefit from better maintenance. There were weeds in the garden and some broken sun loungers.

"Great villa in a awesome location."

Close to Fig Tree Bay and Turtle bay, You can walk to both. The bluest sea I have ever seen, great snorkelling! The villa is spacious and had everything we needed. They provided airport transfers and were very helpful. Views from the villa are great, air con great, key code access was perfect for us. Wi fi good. The whole family rated it 10/10

"Great holiday, would return!"

The view from the main bedroom is delightful and the location is perfect!! A very short walk along the costal path to fig tree bay and Protaras town. Just a 14min drive to Ayia Napa. The villa is spacious and modern. The pool is a great size although not heated so it was too cold to use in April. Rental company were great, had a small issue of basement light not working and was fixed within an hour or so.

Main Bathroom shower cubicle seems a little dated and rusty in places and could do with some attention.
