Protaras Posidon By The Sea

An excellent location 2 min walk to beautiful beach and 5 mins to main area. The upstairs of property is very spacious with en suite facilities in each bedroom. The villa is well equipped throughout and was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen although a little dated was well equipped and large gas barbecue outside. The contact with the letting company was great too

Could have done with more Sunbeds just 5 with 10 guests. A bedside lamp in main bedroom would have been useful

Огромный дом, просторный! Всем хватило место. Особенно понравилась площадка для детей в собственном дворе. Тихое место, соседей почти не было. Дом находится в 2 минутах от моря. Очень красивая прогулочная дорога. Есть гриль станция, там мы готовили много всего вкусного. Отличные вышли новогодние каникулы !

В первый день у нас не работал кондиционер на обогрев, и смыв в туалете в одной из спален на граунд фло. Я написала хозяину, на следующий день они заменили полностью туалет и починили кондиционер. Все быстро и очень слаженно 🫰

First of all, I have to mention that before our trip to Cyprus, the host created a group chat so we could reach out with any questions. This made communication incredibly easy. Secondly, they allowed us to check in early free of charge, which was a very kind gesture after a tiring flight. As for the villa — I don’t even know where to start — it was fantastic! From its spacious layout to the beautiful pool, everything was perfect. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Regarding the host, we needed a few things like a Wi-Fi extender and a kettle, and they provided them the very next day. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable, and prestigious place to stay in Protaras, this villa is exactly that. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable.

The house is big, the beds are very comfortable and kitchen is great

It took 3 days for maintenance to bring/fix things For first 3 days we didn't have enough hot water or blankets After this was fixed we still had a very weak water stream We had a laundry machine and a dryer but the dryer did not work more than 5 minutes and did not dry the laundry We were asked not to use the A/C too much (but it was cold) The bedroom downstairs had a tiny shower, designed bad in a way that it made it difficult to take a shower You could see that the villa was not checked before we came, the pool was dirty (cleaned after a few days when we complained), things were missing
