Private Villa Y51 - 3 BedRooms at El-Gouna

The property is in a good location , but you must have a car.. the property was just renovated ( new Ac’s- maintenance done properly - clean) the pool was awesome and the environment was very relaxing. Staff was great Korolos and waleed.

Furniture little bit old, I think they will renovate it step by step like other stuff.

The view from the villa is awesome, we love El Gouna. The beds were comfortable and the villa was clean when we arrived. The man who cleaned the pool daily was brilliant.

A few suggestions to make it even better: A hairdryer for use by guests. An information pack with telephone numbers of tuk tuks, taxis, restaurants etc. And perhaps a map of El Gouna, particularly for people first time to El Gouna. The outside space could do with a bit of a spruce; everything was a little tired outside, broken umbrellas, chipped paint, stained covers for the chairs, pool grouting and broken slabs.

The villa is very nice .. clean and has all what's needed .. Mr. Kerolous and Mr. Walid responses for any inquiry was super fast .. Mr. Kerolous is very decent and responsive

The only thing that the pool heater was weak yet i understand that it's because of the weather

Location was good Pool area was really good, with heated pool and lovely view House was spacious

Interior was "tired" and could do with updating Lack of kitchenware (glasses, cutlery etc)

Great location and the views, propertly is spacious and clean.

We had a bit of hard times because the basic household items were missing, such as dishwashwer liquid, paper towels and salt/pepper. The wifi only works on first floor and not always reliable.
