CASA LAURA VISTA LOBOS - spacious Villa with heatable pool and sea views

The communication from booking through to departure was excellent. The welcome pack was very generous. The villa was perfect and in a superb, quiet location. The villa was very well equipped and the pool was lovely. Parking was very easy and secure.

Property layout and facilities were excellent. Spacious bedrooms, good air conditioning (we knew it was coin operated and thought it might be expensive but was incredibly reasonable -less than 10 euros over 11 days - and a fabulous swimming pool.

No issue with the property but it is a longish walk into town (25 mins to the port, 35 to centre). We knew when we booked what we didn’t know was how unreliable/unavailable the taxis are for pick up (no real problem coming home). We tried the bus (stop 5 minutes or less away from Villa) which was much more reliable.

The property was very spacious, good air conditioning system which kept the rooms very cool you just need to remember to bring change, it didn’t cost us much to run at all. The villa is fitted with multiple entertainment areas which make the stay all the more fun. We were greeted with a lovely basket of coffees, snacks, with some champagne and beers in the fridge which was a nice touch. The entire island of lanzarote has areas spaced out so taxis are necessary but the villa is conveniently located right beside a taxi rank you just have to wait a few minutes for one to arrive. I couldn’t fault this villa at all, we had an issue with the outdoor shower one night and it was fixed first thing the next day. I would definitely be returning.

Very spacious villa in a great location, walking distance to town centre, many restaurants and beach. Very well equipped with ample space for 6 adults. Loads of entertainment equipment, pool table, table tennis, 3 TVs, games, books, etc. Outside area is also well equipped with barbecue facilities, tables and chairs and sun loungers. The communication with the agency was excellent; quick responses by email and phone. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Playa Blanca.

The en-suite bathrooms could do with some maintenance. The sealant needs replacing as it’s difficult to clean. There were a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, but quickly sorted out. There is a euro coin meter for the air conditioning. We used about €1 per day to keep air con on at night. Useful to know if you’re booking.

Spotlessly clean, good location, walking distance to town centre and seafront. Pool was lovely.

Bed mattresses were a little firm but that’s personal preference. Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic villa with loads of room for everyone to have their space whilst having a large communal area for watching tv/playing pool or darts together. The outdoor area was great, with a large pool and a mix of areas to lie out or stay in the shade, as well as having a large dining table to eat al fresco. The carport below to keep sun off the hire car was an extra bonus. There was a well equipped kitchen and washer & dishwater to use as needed. There air conditioning is paying-for-use but is only a few euros for the week so you can keep as cool as you need. Communication with Luisa and the Alohey team was great and we had no real issues to deal with at all!

Nothing, apart from a couple of very minor wear and tear items which can only be expected. It should be noted that the walk to Playa Flamingo is about 1.5km which has a nice beach and a few nice restaurants, and around 2.5km to the main beachfront area at Playa Blanca. The Marina Rubicon is another 1.5km from there so a hire car can be handy if you are not going for a drink. We didn’t use taxis on our visit but it seemed like there were people waiting quite a few times at the local taxi rank, and taxis need to be ordered in advance generally rather than flagging down.

The outside area was fantastic, pool and seating areas were ample for us. Very comfortable indoors at night, again with plenty of space for us to lounge around.

The villa is a good 30 minute walk down to Playa Blanca so i would suggest a car to be essential. There is enough parking to fit two cars at the villa if needed.
