"Has the potential to be a fantastic location to stay but is in urgent need of maintenance."

Fantastic view over the coast and harbour

Needs maintenance, bad odour through the lower floor and laundry, mould in the bedrooms, pool has tiles missing and some of the outdoor furniture is shabby. Basin in main bedroom doesn’t drain. Aircon wasn’t effective on hot nights and windows couldn’t be left open for ventilation as none are fitted with screens to keep the bugs out.

"Absolutely stunning views accross the bay with great living area on the top floor."

The view was absolutely stunning and the open plan living space upstairs was fab.

The stairs were a little unfriendly for my mother since there was no handrail or bannister.
