Villa was fantastic, central for supermarket, bars and restaurants. It has everything you need. Hosts were great, friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. We would highly recommend it.

"The Villa is lovely especially the pool and the facilities but there are much better locations"

Philipp met us at the house and went through everything with us and could not have been more helpful.

Unfortunately the location is not great. The Villa itself is 5 stars and in a very quiet location but we were close to s'Arenal which is full of 2-3 star hotels and restaurants and bars to match.

Nice to have some wine coffee etc. on arrival but tea and milk would have been welcome too

Towels too small Beds and pillows not very comfortable - had to change bed because it creaked so badly

Gorgeous property, conveniently located minutes from the airport, beach and supermarket. Hosts were very prompt with their responses, let us know they were available as needed, and met us at the property during check-in and check-out. Welcome gift (bottle of wine, water and chocolate) were a very nice touch! Washer/dryer were a big plus for a family of 5. Almost every room has it's own bathroom and each room has air conditioning/ heater unit. On site parking was also a plus!

Wifi was occasionally spotty, but hardly worth mentioning as overall everything was fantastic.

The kindness was so refreshing for me, the location of the home we were maybe 5 minutes from the beach and the home it self, so we'll maintain...so beautiful we honestly can't wait to go back.

Honestly the only thing we didnt like is that we didnt have enough time lol.
