Villa Agave // Villa Cardón

Todo, superó mis expectativas, y aunque hubo mucho viento disfrutamos la piscina la casa todo en general nos encantó repetiremos.

The Villa had a good kitchen and living space, beautiful sea view and surrounding, private plunge pool. Isolated location for tranquillity.

The WiFi did not work in the living room, the location is a little tricky to get to but nothing too dramatic. Given the price per night, a welcome pack providing some very basic cooking ingredients could have been a nice touch. The payment for our stay had to be done by bank transfer, this was not stated in the conditions prior the booking was made.

First of all, de location is beautiful (panoramic views of Fuerteventura!) and the house is true to the Manrique architecture. We stayed in the big house, there is also a smaller one on the same lot. But privacy is good. The pools are both heated and it’s included in the price, which is a nice bonus. Our 4yo daughter loved swimming here. Fernando is a very friendly host, although all communication went by phone we felt welcome and supported.

There were a couple of (small) maintenance issues. The showerhead and one of the toilet seats were loose. The light in the refrigerator was broken. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Also, we kind of missed a welcome pack with some coffee cups, tea and water to get started the first day. Cleaning was okay, but not very thorough.
