Villa Catalina - Catalina petit

Wunderschönes grosses Grundstück in ländlicher Gegend im Nordosten von Mallorca, bei Pollenca mit herrlichem Garten, viele Aussen-Sitzplätzen und toller Pool. Das hübsche Häuschen ist auch innen sehr schön, grosses Wohnzimmer mit offener Wohnküche mit Theke und Esstisch, zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem kleinen Doppelbett mit einer Matratze und Decke, eines mit Twinbetten). Beide Schlafzimmer haben grosse Kästen und viele Schubladen, also genügend Stauraum. Es hat zwei Badezimmer, eines davon liegt aussen, von der Terrasse aus zugänglich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hatte alles an Geschirr, Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowellen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierer, Geschirrspühlmaschine, Waschmaschine (aussen in einem separaten Zimmer). Uns hat das ganze Anwesen sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es neue Matratzen hat ;-) Hier kann man sich erholen und die Ferien richtig geniessen bei so einer tollen Unterkunft. Die Damen von Portvil waren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben für uns auch ganz tolle Restauranttipps gegeben. 1A Service, merci!!! Tipp: Die Einfahrt aufs Hausgelände ist nur für Kleinwagen bequem. Wir haben einen Fiat Panda gemietet aber einen viel grösseren Wagen bekommen, es ging aber war eher knapp, darum Tipp, ein möglichst kleiner Wagen macht hier und auf Mallorca sowieso, Sinn und immer rückwärts durchs Tor fahren.

Die Betten, bzw. die Matratzen im Twinroom waren nicht gut, die Matratzen sind ultimativ zu weich und komplett durchgelegen und müssen dringend ersetzt werden, man hängt durch. Wir legten die härtesten Kissen unter die Matratze, dann ging es aber cool war es nicht. Sonst wäre es eine glatte 10+ geworden. Nebenbemerkung: Es hätte min. einen Salzstreuer haben dürfen in der Küche. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber. Wir haben einfach alles vor Gebrauch im Geschirrspüler gewaschen, dann wars top.

An information book would have been helpful to us as we are used to that. We did feel that the Villa's interior needed updating. I would suggest that the odour in the outside bathroom needs addressing as it was very powerful on taking a shower

Acho que precisava de um ar condicionado, mas as ventoinhas também funcionaram porque não estava uma onda de calor.

Really wonderful stay for a small family. Very clean, really generous amenities- even down to washing up liquid and plenty of towels. Very much enjoyed this villa and the pool.

In the heat, the villa is very warm and no air conditioning made sleeping difficult. Only downside

Lovely outside area. Pool and gardens well kept and delightful.

No drinking water at property. With a late arrival this was tricky. A bottle of water in fridge would have helped.

This villa is absolutely brilliant for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The pool is amazing (cold getting in but doesn't take long to get used to it). Plenty of towels ect and also all the basics of you want to cook. It has a lovely BBQ which worked very well. All round an absolutely lovely place to stay but make sure you hire a car.

Cannot fault this place at all, the only one thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent and some scented candles. As I said this is nothing to do with the villa just some general advice.

lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful.

it’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.
