Villa Mala Garbo by Sealand Villas

La ubicación, las vistas, el parking, la casa en general está muy muy bien. Es una casa para estar de vacaciones y relajarte 10/10.

El día del checkout apareció una señora antes de hora y fue muy intrusiva y no nos dejaba espacio para acabar de recoger… fue bastante incómodo. En la habitación del 3er piso hay chinches en la cama… o ácaros porque un compañero se levantó de dormir ahí con la espalda llena de arriba a abajo de picaduras pequeñas y no eran mosquitos porque también hay bastantes pero no era el mismo tipo de picadura.

Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage sind fantastisch. Man wohnt gefühlt allein in den Bergen, ist aber nur 15 Minuten Fahrzeit von Pollenca entfernt.

Das Haus weist einen Sanierungsrückstand auf. Die Matratze im zweiten Stock ist vollkommen durchgelegen, die Armaturen im Badezimmer sind verkalkt oder fallen halb aus der Wand heraus. Hier müsste dringend nachgearbeitet werden.

Die Lage und der Flair in der Finca sind unglaublich. Ich kann sie jedem nur empfehlen.

Die Küchenausstattung und die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Da sollte man zeitnah investieren.

Great views and decent-sized pool with lovely gardens and poolside seating area. Air-con in all bedrooms. Countryside location, but only a few minutes by car from town.

Somewhat dated interior, but everything worked although we had to have an engineer out to adjust the timer on the air-conditioning as it was not coming on when it should.

Stolen jewellery by a staff member at our Villa. We would warn anyone against booking with Sealand Villas and their incompetent, rude and unprofessional staff. I have delayed writing a review of our experience with Sealand Villas management company because we were hoping for a resolution to the theft of my jewellery from our Villa. There has been no resolution. Some £8,500 of gold jewellery was taken from our Villa during our stay. No sign of any forced entry to the property; a targeted theft with no other items taken and no disruption in the villa. We filed a police report with the Guardia Civil and they also believe this was an inside job by someone who had prior access and knew what they were looking for, though to date this cannot be proved (as well the management company know). During our stay, we had multiple staff entering the property due to several problems. This included cleaners, electrician, grounds keep, maintenance, pool cleaner. Sealand Villas didn’t even bother to contact me when told about the theft by both myself and the police. They had no explanation for why they didn’t reach out to me. When we eventually went to their office and demanded a meeting, their staff were rude, defensive and completely unwilling to take any responsibility. They told us they would conduct an internal investigation. This has not happened. We have repeatedly emailed them for an update and had little to no response. One staff member - Javier- even wrote to me the day after the break in to tell me that it was my fault the jewellery was taken as we had not used the safe provided - a safe that was inaccessible from day one of our stay. A terrible way to handle a situation in which your customer is clearly devastated by what had been taken.

I liked the pool and in general the outside part of the villa.

The air conditioner was not functioning, even during its scheduled operating time. I strongly believe there shouldn't be a scheduled time for the air conditioning, especially during the hot summer months. It's particularly challenging for women who need to blow dry their hair and get ready in such conditions.

Location in this rural part is outstanding. We have stayed here several times before and would definitely return.

Kitchen and bathrooms a little bit tired.

Gorgeous villa, with a beautiful location, flexible and adaptable space, pool, highly relaxing, very clean, and incredible views. Really couldn't want more.

It was a little hard to find, but we updated the location on Google Maps, so will hopefully not be an issue in future.

Decent pool, good outdoor and indoor space, 3 properly functioning bathrooms, air conditioning although timings were a bit restrictive. Also we appreciated the flexibility of stay which meant we could book for 5 nights and did not have to book a week.

Quality of the beds which was poor. In the master bedroom( separate bathroom and terrace) the bed was so bad you could see the dip in the middle. This meant that after one night my husband and I could not sleep together it was so uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable beds was a real negative.
