Breakfast was very good every day

Nothing, all is fine

I liked everything. The place is great, the house is spacious, new, and clean.

It's hard for me to say what I didn't like... perhaps the fact that there's no microwave, and the loungers on the terrace are not adjustable. I missed that, but everything else was perfect.

The villa was really nice and the breakfast amazing

It could have been unbelievable with a view from the sea in the flat

The only real thing I liked was being back in Lanzarote.

There was an apartment located on the lower ground level which was occupied by a local couple, They awoke around 6:30 during the week and made a lot of noise which woke us every morning. Of a weekend they stayed up late and made quite a bit of noise, so much for the House Rules which state "Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 09:00" guess it didn't apply to them. The water for this apartment comes from the villa and is very noisy you can hear and are woken everytime it is used by the apartment. No mention was made of this apartment on the villa description. Everything about this villa is tired and desperately needs updating. The heated pool was not really available for about a week due to a broken part and the way the owner tested the heat of the pool was to put his hand in and say yes that's 20/22c which is normal, nope that's cold and not normal in winter period. There were no covers for the sunloungers which were very dirty and never cleaned during our stay and no pool towels provided which have always been provided in every villa we have ever stopped in. The owner said he is not renting this out after this year as he is dividing the villa up into separate apartments so I guess that this review will make no difference but hopefully the apartments will be refurbished to a higher standard..

Wifi doesn’t work throughout the whole house

The views of the sea the mountains were amazing.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is only available in the living room as the router only covers this area. Would be better if another router was installed to extend the Wi-Fi to the rest of the house.

Location is very convenient to everything
