"Relaxing getaway"

Peace, jacuzzi,

No wifi, not enough cooking facilities I.e for 6 people we struggled with 1 oven tray so took us a long time to cook food

The lodge was fantastic, comfortable, warm, the hot tub was lovely and clean and checked in the morning! The setting was lovely, out in the country but not too far away from the nearest town by car!

Probably a few extra utensils in the kitchen, scissors, baking tray would have been handy but didn’t spoil it by any means! Also maybe some hooks in the back of the doors in the bedrooms.

"Great for a romantic vacation"

This was a surprise few nights away for my boyfriends 50th birthday. When making the booking I did request if they could put some decorations in the room but this was not acknowledged - which was fine as I brought my own. The location was good as we wanted to be away from noise and people. We enjoyed the property with its facilities and the short walks around the property area. The hot tub was a bonus.

"fantastic well kept woodland park"

very clean , if you love the scenic woodland view this is for you it was so tranquil

hot tub was spotless and warm on arrival but unfortunately we weren’t able to use it due to foliage from the trees falling from the trees above , more of a nuisance to be honest and kids where gutted

"Cheeky weekend stay with the Mr."

Unfortunately our trip was spoiled by selfish inconsiderate people in lodge behind us. First night of stay they partied until 04.00. 2nd night stopped at 01.45 but in my opinion this was due to it raining as they were outside partying. In fairness Woodland lodges have replied to my complaint stating there is telephone number in information folder which had i rung issue would have been dealt with immediately. I would have thought this number was for emergencies only. Knowing this now I would definitely book again.

Shower head and pressure not the best. Would be nice to have coffee table/s.
