In case of lost keys or keys left inside the property a charge of 50€ during business hours and 75€ during non-business hours will be applied. The new keys are to be collected at the office. When checking out, no rubbish should be left inside property otherwise a charge of 150€ will be applicable. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain, before arrival date a link for registration will be sent. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
