I arrived late and tired at this family owned hotel and it was perfect for the much needed rest. The room was spacious with a great view of the valley. The building is older but it does not disappoint. The facility is well maintained. The breakfast was hearty, delicious and hot. Perfect for the rainy morning on the Camino. The bed was comfortable. There isn’t much to do in Fonfria, so a clean, comfortable, spacious room was perfect for the night. Then the good food to send you off for the morning.

Une note maximale pour cette petite pension car elle répond en tout point au désir d un pelerin. Accueil simple mais chaleureux, repas simple mais très bon, chambre simple mais tout ce qu il faut et le plus elle était chauffée , même en ce mois de mai car températures exceptionnellement basses, alors que d autres hébergements ne chauffaient déjà plus. Personnellement j' ai adoré cette gentillesse et simplicité.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. La posizione a 1300 metri di altitudine. Il posto è rustico, la parte dove si mangia è riscaldata da una stufa che rende tutto molto caldo. Camera e bagno semplici e puliti. La cena e la colazione, con cibo semplice e casareccio, molto buone ed apprezzate. I proprietari disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!

The accommodation was comfortable and warm, and just perfect after a long walk. Great views of mountains and valleys of Galicia from bedroom. Great pilgrim menu and adjusted for gluten intolerance. Great stop on the Camino.

Der Empfang war äußerst herzlich. Von Vorteil ist, dass man auch Essen und Frühstück zu einem passablen Preis angeboten wird. Wir waren Mitte Mai 2026, sehr kalt, draußen 8°C, das Zimmer war bereits vorgeheizt!!!!

An der Unterkunft hatte wir nichts zu bemängeln.
