Please note that late check-in after 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that social events are not allowed at this property. Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory. Guests need to get in touch with the property within a maximum of 3 days after the confirmation of the booking to confirm their age. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of all rubbish and ensure that the property is left properly tidied before departure. Failure to do so will result in a €90 charge, which will be deducted from the security deposit.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
