Casa Paloma with heated pool in El Roque

Villa is amazing, lovely open plan living area with island kitchen. Very comfortable couch. Three spacious bedrooms with mosi nets and comfortable beds. Pool area is super comfortable lots of comfortable seating and sunbeds. A very relaxing experience in a super comfortable quiet Villa. Host at hand at all times for any assistance required.

There was not very much to dislike

Nice layout and functionally designed spaces. Most appliances were in good working order, it’s a nice space to sit outside in the sun. The initial materials used in the construction are good quality and tastefully made- eg marble bathrooms, nice cobblery and stonework in the garden.

A lot of things are already aged: most of the cupboards are not closing and you can see that maintenance has not been done here except from a fresh coat of paint. When we asked for the pool to be heated it turned out it was not possible which is a shame as we chose this particular place because they said the pool could be heated ( with 4 smallish kids you know what I’m talking about) . If you’re looking for privacy it is not very private as both sides of the property (it’s almost like a triplet with three or more clones built on one parcel of land. have neighbours just behind the wall so it gets pretty noisy in the evening. I mean, all of the neighbours we behaving ok but it’s just pretty close by so it is noisy you can hear every word of their convo out loud. Having said that it’s a nice place if you don’t mind the above factors.
