Late check out was helpful. Great location.

Extremely warm, particularly the upstairs bedroom. Single beds in the upstairs bedroom were very uncomfortable. The furniture outside was dirty and torn. There is no privacy from neighbours. Noise travelled between the properties resulting in zero privacy. Needs a refurb.

The complex the villa is on is lovely and feels very safe

The bedrooms seem the wrong way round. the master bedroom felt as though it should be upstairs with the balcony. The villa would be even better to have the 3rd bedroom option.

Everything. Beautiful Villa in a quiet location, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Lovely communal pool which was never too busy. Host was very quick to answer any queries .

Beds too soft and the property probably needs updating at some point. The bedroom wardrobe doors are sticky and hard to open and close.

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. It was modern and had everything we needed, including two baby cots and highchairs. The host was extremely accommodating and even came out at 7pm to check the hot water for us.

Very nice, spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment with 2 bathrooms (ideal for a family/group of 5 or 6). Enjoyed the calm environment and the location with the pool. Ideal spot to explore the south coast with a car and even the national parc Timanfaya which is not far.

The location was very convenient for the promenade into Marina Rubicon. Nearby was a good supermarket and a couple of cafe/bars, as well as a children's playground. The communal pool was a good size and well suited to infants. It was kept clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. Although the property wasn't air-conditioned it did have fans in the bedrooms and living area which provided comfort. It was possible to get a good breeze through the property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the property had two bathrooms. The wife and the TV were a good addition. The location was quiet and felt secure.

Only small issues. There was no flush button on the downstairs toilet which involved having to push fingers or objects inside to get the toilet to flush. It would have been nice if their had been a bottle of wine, or even water on arrival. It really makes a difference to first impressions. If a washing machine tablet or two could have been left, perhaps an extra toilet roll fr each bathroom that would have been great too. The BBQ was very much on it's last legs and I had to be very careful using it. It could easily collapse.
