villa Pinosol con vista al mar

Wir haben keine Nacht hier geschlafen!!!!! sondern haben uns mit Kleinkind Abends um 19 Uhr noch ein Hotel gesucht. Es hat angefangen, dass zusätzlich zu der Buchung ein weiterer Vertrag unterzeichnet werden soll. In diesem Stand bei uns drin, dass die Unterkunft in einem guten Zustand sei - Das kann aber vor Anreise ja garnicht beurteilt werden. Nachdem wir Booking kontaktiert hatten konnten wir erreichen, dass zumindest der Vertrag erst vor Ort unterzeichnet werden muss. Die Schlüsselübergabe war entsprechend angespannt. In dem Haus war es sehr kalt. Das Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer lief, jedoch reichte das nicht ansatzweise für die größe des Hauses. Wir sind nach der Schlüsselübergabe gleich los, da wir was essen wollten. Als wir dann zurück kamen und unsern Kleinen Bett fertig machen wollten haben wir das Bett aufgedeckt und waren total angeeckelt. das Lacken war total fleckig zudem war es immer noch sehr kalt. Wir haben daher dann direkt entschieden in ein Hotel zu gehen. Auf Nachfrage, ob es keine Heizung gäbe wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Heizung im Keller anstellen könnten. Das geht garnicht. Wir waren im März unterwegs bei Temperaturen Tagsüber 18 Gard und Nachts um die 10 Gard. Wieso ist da nicht die Heizung an?! Als wir später nochmal im Haus waren hat unser Kleiner etwas verschüttet. ich habe es aufgewischt und war schockiert. der Schwamm war voll mit Dreck und Haaren. Da war für uns klar, hier bleiben wir keine Nacht, auch wenn wir auf den Kosten von über 1.000 € für 4 Nächte sitzen bleiben.

Es una casa preciosa, con todas las comodidades y muy amplia. Está en una zona muy tranquila y muy bonita. Nos encanta la terraza con vistas al mar.

La zona exterior podría tener más iluminación. Había varias luces q no funcionaban.

La casa es amplísima y las fotos no le hacen justicia, es mucho mejor que en las fotos y está decorada con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Los baños también son enormes. Las vistas son una maravilla y la piscina también. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Volveremos sin duda.

Was the perfect property for our family! Amazing views, spacious, air conditioned, big, really nicely decorated! We were told that the gardeners may come, we asked that we were given warning and told a time- which they agreed on. The gardens are well kept and the we could’ve spent the whole day in the pool! There are a few walks through the nature park really close to the house.

The Villa location is fantastic, with great views of the city, harbour and mountains. Roads are good and easy to drive from Valencia airport to the villa. Very quiet area for family holidays. Shops not far away from the villa. The house is very spacious and has a lot of rooms for everyone. The kitchen is equipped well enough for 4 people. The air conditioners worked perfectly and didn't have a problem at all. The swimming pool is great and a good size for families. Pool water is chlorine. The pool cleaner was very helpful and looked after water quality very often, thank you Sergey. We are very happy about the amazing villa and we definitely will come back and recommend this house to everyone. We spent a wonderful time in Javea and Habia. Many thanks to Sergey and Natalia.
