Lovely surprise because the villa itself exceeded all expectations. clean spacious well decorated and the pool and outside gardens were well stocked and maintained.Huge impressive poolside barbecue and superb kitchen. The situation of the nearby town was convenient for small shops and large supermarket a short drive away had very reasonable prices. Lemons from your own trees made G&Ts taste better.

The view from the balcony was unattractive scrubland but the distant views of the mountains was much more inspiring. The situation of the nearby town was convenient and local eggs were amazing but came with an enthusiastic cockerel who was an early riser. Warning The pool area is very slippery for anyone with wet feet!

The place is well equipped for large companies looking for a family friendly place with a well equipped kitchen, safe pool and parking for two cars. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff also very helpful!

Not much - the kitchen could use some oven mittens and the lighter for the grill didn't work but these were super minor things. There are chickens (and roosters) close by so if you are a light sleeper, some earplugs might come in handy. Buzanada is a quiet place in general and you need a car to reach bigger shopping places for groceries. All in all, a great experience.

ViVa Tropical is spaceous and clean, located in a quiet area with good access to highway, which provides a good connection to the airport as well as to Costa Adeje and other beach areas nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, stovetop, cooking oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, equipment to make coffee, pots, pans, utensils, towels etc - the kitchen has it all), the bedrooms are spaceous, most of them with a private bathroom (with a shower), the beds are very comfortable. Enough bath towels are provided to be used on site (you'll need your own towel to take to the beach). The yard is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, a dining table, barbecue area. The pool is of decent size, deep enough and surrounded by a low fence to provide security for families with young children. There is enough parking space for two cars. The host provided all the necessary information as well as useful suggestions. The host was very helpful and replied quickly to all our questions. Our group of 11 was very happy with our stay!

The property is exactly as the pictures show, modern, super clean and extremely spacious with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space was exceptional and we enjoyed many bbqs. Sun loungers for everyone and an electrical awning that could come out to create shade if you need to. We couldn’t fault the villa in any way and the service we received from Barbara and the Viva Tropical team was exceptional. The location was excellent for us with many small bars/cafes and convenience stores and the locals were very nice. No tourists other than us in the area which is also how we liked it! We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as we paid for taxis into Las America’s and the other more lively areas of Tenerife when we went in (although there are also very good bus links as an alternative). Communication from booking to check out was excellent and it was obvious that the Viva Tropical team really went out their way to help at every opportunity. The pool lady was lovely and came twice a week to clean pool which was another example of the very high standards we received. Thanks so much for making our family holiday perfect :)
