"Absolutely beautiful, but very difficult to communcate with the staff"

Well, the property I initially booked had an issue with the pool so we were given a different house. Unfortunately, this was not communicated with us and it caused a lot of confusion when trying to locate the address that was provided. The property wad absolutely beautiful we just would’ve liked if someone notified us of the change.

The house had multiple bedrooms and when we arrived all the doors were unlocked. Later in the evening when we went to go to sleep all the doors were locked and we had to call someone to come open them for us. The person who was onsite to guard our things left for a few hours leaving our things easily accessible to anyone who may wander in. Very poor communication from the staff throughout the experience.
