Villa Fruta del Cielo

Bien equipada la villa , la piscina me pareció agradable , el lugar tiene buena ubicación con supermercados cerca y restaurantes, todo dentro del hospedaje funcionaba bien y en buen estado del mobiliario, electrodomésticos. Los aires acondicionados funcionan a la perfección.

Le falta privacidad a un lado de la propiedad, se escucha mucho ruido al costado de la propiedad que no tiene tapia de cemento; se escucha mucho ruido procedente de la propiedad vecina. Otra cosa que se puede mejorar es tratar de coordinar con tiempo la limpieza de la piscina ya que ya esta estando hospedados personas querían ingresar a la villa a realizar mantenimiento a la piscina y eso corta la privacidad de uno como huésped. El ingreso a las 3 pm me parece un poco tarde y sería genial poder ingresar más temprano.

Küche verdreckt, alte Kartoffel im Schrank, Toaster verschmutzt, muffiger Geruch, wir hätten gern mal selber gekocht, haben es dann aber gelassen Baustellenlärm ab 6 Uhr morgens Haus umgeben von einer Mauer mit Stacheldraht oben drauf, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Gefängnis

La casa es impresionante, no le falta ni un solo detalle. Nos encantó.

Full kitchen, with bbq grill outside, and very nice deck. The pool is small but deep, with a sitting area, very apt for a small group or a family. Check in was simple, with a key box outside, and there is enough parking space for 2 small cars (maybe even 3). The beds were comfortable. Very nice and spacious bathroom. There were some games available (picture), and a cooler. The Marino Ballena park and the beach are at walking distance, but it may be a bit far if you are not used to walking or if it’s too hot. It’s a bit more 1km. There are Ubers, so that is an option if you don’t want to drive or don’t have a car.

Minor inconvenience, only the rooms had AC. Luckily the common rooms had fans, but it can get hot in the kitchen. Also there are some houses being built on the same street, which may be a source of noise if you are staying on weekdays. It wasn’t a problem for us though, on a weekend. I uploaded a picture of the outside, because it looks a bit different now with the bushes and I thought it might be hard to find

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was close to the town and the beach, but with a lot of privacy due to the small secluded garden. And the bathroom is a real highlight! It was very clean and well kept. The well working climate control was a relief at nights. When sitting on the terrace with a drink, you can watch Macaws and Toucans in the nearby trees. And we enjoyed the very clean and nice pool. Uvita is a good base for activities. In case you are diving: Caño Island was an absolutely amazing experience for us! The communication with the host was easy and very friendly. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

If anything, It could have a few more items in the kitchen (like 4 mugs for 4 people) and a new toaster.

Gorgeous property, just like the photos, and an inspirational design. We loved the partial open-air bathroom and the splash pool outside. It was all beautifully clean and beds were super comfortable. Both bedrooms had very good air-conditioning and there were ceiling fans in the lounge and outside seating area. Even the outdoor seating was comfortable! There was an additional plug in fan if you needed it. The location is just off the main road, which made it easy to find, and so close to the entrance to Whales Tail and plenty of eateries. Brilliant! We ate breakfast every morning outside, watching the Scarlet Macaws in the tree opposite. The property is gated and that adds a certain secure feeling too, (probably unnecessary as the area is lovely). We would easily stay here again - it was great 😃
