El Arrayan

El Arrayan is a lovely lodge in a beautiful location, but what makes it special is Pablo - owner, host, chef, and Mr. Fix-it. His warmth and kindness made our stay an unforgettable experience.

Excellent service, hospitality and location. We plan to come again with extended family.

Staff were great, really attentive and good food. Fireplace was lovely and well stocked.

Literally everything ! We had a perfect stay, this place is a true heaven with an astonishing view on the lake. Paolo is incredibly nice and took a great care of us. Dinners and breakfast were freshly cooked and delicious. Rooms are lovely and comfy and very well decorated! Definitely one of our vest stay in Patagonia.

Exceptional property above the village of Puerto Guadal overlooking the largest lake in Chile. The room was very cozy with a wood stove and king bed with feather bed comforter. Pablo and Nadira, the innkeepers were very service minded and tended to our every need. Pablo is also a gourmet chef and we have a three course dinner each night in the restaurant overlooking the lake and mountains. Very creative menu. Breakfasts were also great with fresh made breads, granola, eggs, salami, ham and yogurt. We stayed three nights here in the middle of our 3 week trip on the Carretera Austral and hated to leave!

This is a lovely property at the moment edge of this very pretty village. The view from our room and the restaurant was spectacular and our host, Pablo was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and he made lots of good suggestions for visits nearby. Both the included breakfast and Pablo’s dinner options were fantastic! A great place to relax and recharge. We were sad we only had two nights, even a week would be too short! We would happily stay again.

Absolutley stunning views and first class service from Pablo whose Pisco sours and cooking was way way above what we have encountered in the area. Also Pablo’s general approach was exceptionally helpful and better than any we have had previously.
