Villa Son Veri Miramar

Roomy villa to comfortably accommodate a large group, in a great location for access to local amenities. Secure parking was a welcome addition. Garden area was attractive and private.

Internal kitchen facilities were small and could be improved to meet the needs of the target group size (12 bed accommodation). While external BBQ facilities were available and of appropriate scale, no suitable utensils were provided and had to be purchased.

There Is No air conditioning in the building, there are fans but its just so hot in the summer, sleeping is impossible Also the refrigerator is upstairs, everytime you want something you need to go upstairs so basicly Keta Roy Alot of unneeded keys on the key chain, wich is annoying cus you keep messing the keys up E v e r y t i m e

very spacious with plenty options of outdoor area's. a great location just a short walk to bars restaurants supermarket and taxi rank. great beach and marina too. Arenal is very busy and this is a peaceful haven to escape the bustle.

low standard compared to the price. poorly equipped kitchen, for example gas stove but no lighter, no kitchen mittens or proper cutting boards. neighbors complaining loudly about us sitting outside playing music at conversation volume in the afternoon, while their dogs started barking at 4 am, waking us up. the propery managing company was quick at responding ahead of the visit but didn‘t get back to us during the stay, having arrived at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon, finding several things broken and pointing these out.
