"In need of a little TLC, lovely location with local restaurants and supermarkets x"

The property is in a great location just a stone throw from faro park with a bus into Playa Blanca and right along to papagayo and the Rubicón marina. This is my second stay at Hipoclub Aguamarina 2, the ladies are lovely and very accommodating, they even let us check out at 5pm as we had an evening flight which was lovely.

This was my second stay and the villa is in need of a bit of TLC, exterior furniture is broken and torn, bedding threaded, curtains broken and stained, patio around the pool is worn with cracked grout/ pointing, bath grout dirty, the villa could do with a bit of an upgrade especially for the price point. Newer similar size villas for a similar price. It’s also worth knowing that if you’d like the pool heated there is an additional €90 charge. If you’d like a cot it is an additional €35 and it’s just a travel cot, if you’d like a high chair it’s €15 (and it’s just a £10 ikea high chair) I wouldn’t stay again as there are far nicer villas for the price point, however we had a lovely holiday regardless.

Good location: close to the seaside and basic shops and restaurants. Sufficient space for a family of 4-5. The private pool (heated for additional charge).

The furniture (inside and outdoor) and dishes, kitchen utensils are quite worn and just bare minimum for a family.

"Lovely quiet comfortable house to recharge batteries"

Quiet location in residential area. Local restaurants and supermarkets 5 minute walk away. Very comfortable well equipped spacious house

Although a good selection of channels on TV signal kept dropping. Maybe a welcome pack of water bread and milk for late arrivals.
