U Vila

it is a beautiful place and the garden is really the place to be. you have almost everything you need. The landlord was reachable and responsive when we needed any information. And everything was very clean and neat. Off season the price was good. I am not sure if would pay the premium during the season.

The beds were not the most comfortable the blankets and pillows were great. In a slightly colder time the inside could be a bit cosier. I can totally see how this doesn’t matter if it is very warm over summer when most of the time is spent outside anyway. You do need a car to reach everything. The bathroom had a tiny bit of water leaking from the shower. we would have loved a casher to fish out leaves from the pool.

Fast alles sehr schön und angenehm.

Die Hauptstrasse nebenan hat man leider schon etwas gehört.

The house was big and there was a lot of privacy. Location was also very good, a lot of things to do nearby.

The host was not very flexible with check in and check out times. The pool is to cold to swim with a baby. There is leaking water everywhere in the bathroom which makes it very unhygienic

Property is a beautiful old finca, located in a great spot not too far from the port. The host, Antoni, was very accommodating and made sure the place was very clean on arrival and on call when needed at any point during our stay. highly recommend this place

Schöne Villa sehr großer und sauberer Pool. Man hat das Haus für sich alleine keine Nachbarn um sich herum. Gute Außenbeleuchtung für Abends. Die Villa sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super genauso wie die Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine. Man hat alles was man braucht für den Aufenthalt. Handtücher etc. Strand und Markt mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen zu Fuß hat man ein gutes Stück zu laufen. Wir hatten uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen.Auf Hilfe oder Anfragen an Antony kam immer schnell eine Antwort.Er gibt hilfreiche Tipps und hatte auch auf Anfrage einen Transfer für uns gebucht am Flughafen der uns abholte und wieder zurück brachte.

Im Haus wimmelt es nur von Ameisen lässt man kurz was stehen an Essen ist es sofort befallen von den Ameisen, auch im Bett wimmelt es mit Ameisen wir bekamen Ameisenspray die das Problem nur Oberflächlich lösten.Es sind halt sehr viele offene Fugen im Haus wo sich die Ameisen ihr Nest gebaut haben.Der Pool ist leider mittags nicht zu nutzen da es total mit agressiven Wespen befallen ist, schwimmen ist im Pool nur möglich wenn die Sonne noch nicht da ist oder wieder untergeht.Schwimm Möglichkeiten bietet mittags halt nur der Strand. Hinterm Grill ist noch anscheinend ein alter Pool gewesen der ist noch mit Wasser befüllt das schon total grün und braun ist und dort wimmelt es nur mit Moskitos und ihren Eiern.Wir wurden total verstochen und mussten uns daher Moskito Spray kaufen oder bedeckt nach draußen gehen das jedoch und auch keine besserung gebracht hat.

Loved the house, the gardens and pool. Absolutely as seen in the photos. Night shot shows the evening ambiance, really amazing vibe to this old place! Antoni will make you feel very relaxed, great communicator, and he's rightly proud of his old family house.

Kitchen surface is a bit low... For me, but I'm over 2m tall!

Keine Heizung im Bad

Sehr schöne alte Finca mit grosser Terrasse, Wiese und Pool. Traditionell eingerichtet. 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle z.B nach Palma. Alleinlage. Komplett eingerichtete Küche. Schnelle Abhilfe bei Problemen durch telefonischen Kontakt zur Verwaltung. Im Sommer sicher ein Trauma!

Im Februar für unseren Geschmack zu kalt im Haus trotz heizender Klimaanlage, insbesondere am Morgen und abends - eher ungemütlich.
