Villa Costa Barcelona

- Nice location - A lot of different activities. You can spend a lot of time in the villa using a padel, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and many other things. - Good sea view, especially from 2nd and 3rd floors - Filtered water - Dry machine - Ceiling fan on the veranda. It helps when the weather is hot - The kitchen has 2 fridges and 1 additional freezer with a lot of space - The exterior is very good in terms of the plants and lawns - 2 grills(charcoal and gas) - Comfortable veranda where you can spend time together with everyone.

- you pay without a refund option, and then you get a list of rules that you must follow. One example that we did not like is the sound limit. We understand there is a neighborhood, but our concern is that we had to be informed in advance. On the booking there was a notification that sounding loud is not allowed after 23:00, but! in the rules you get you have a restriction of sounding loud starting from 22:00. They have a sound sensor and if you have a dog who decides to bark even 1 time then you get a message that everything should be quiet. - The swimming pool is rusty. It does not mean that we could not swim there, but that’s what we did not see in the pictures. Does anybody want that your kids swim in the rusty swimming pool? - The microwave is too old, and the buttons don’t work properly. The first time, we spent 15 minutes understanding how to push the button to turn it on. - One umbrella is broken and should not be opened in windy weather. It starts circling and may hurt people around. - We are not 100% sure, but we assume there are bedbugs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We and the kids have been bitten by bugs, not mosquitos! - Do not try to turn on gas grill. It does not work properly. All the time we used charcoal one. - Children’s slide in the room was broken. There was no option for kids to slide without the danger. - Jacuzzi - that good thing that it exists. The bad thing is that it does not heat water! - There is no light In the barbeque zone, one of the people got injured just because he did not see what was under his feet. - Not enough trash bags. On 3rd day, we had to move them out on our own. The closest location is 600m away from villa - On the first day, we observed dirt and mold in the washer and dryer - The box in one of the fridges was broken. - Dull knives - On the parking beach(use this in Google Maps to find - Parquing Fotovoltaic), some bad guys broke the windows in 2 of our cars. - Pillows in the general zone and veranda were dirty.

There are not enough words in the English language to describe how incredible this place is! Not only are the location, house and grounds absolutely stunning, the hosts have thought of literally everything. Every item we needed was available and there were so many delightful little touches. Like the wonderfully thoughtful welcome baskets, the coffee machine, the fully complete kitchen utensils, the storage capacity in the kitchen and all the bedrooms, the pool toys, everything was genuinely amazing. The pool provided endless fun for everyone and the BBQ many a wonderful group meal. The playground was great once the evenings had cooled down a bit and the giggles and laughter that came from the kids on the zip wire were infectious. There is honestly not a single bad thing I have to say about this place. The hosts from the very beginning have been so incredibly helpful and kind! They have gone the extra mile on every occasion and we cannot thank them enough for helping us make some core memories for the 8 children and 10 adults that have had the time of their life.
