Villa Auba by Sealand Villas

Eine wunderschöne Finca mitten im Land. Wir waren sofort verliebt und wären am liebsten eingezogen. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich lädt zum erholen ein. Im Haus ist viel Platz. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Bäder waren auf den neusten Stand. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Es kann besonders im Frühjahr sein, dass es im Haus etwas kühler und feucht ist, was aber durch die Heizung schnell erledigt ist :) Handtücher waren vorhanden, sowie etwas Toilettenpapier. Alles andere kann man im Supermarkt besorgen. Wir haben unsere Gewürze, Öl, Kohle, Feuerzeug etc. da gelassen und hoffen, dass weitere Gäste es nutzen. :) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort! Wir würden die Finca aufjedenfall wieder buchen :)

Die Einfahrt zur Finca ist wirklich sehr eng! Zum Glück hatten wir einen tollen Fahrer, der damit kein Problem hatte. Wir haben Tischtennis gespielt und die Schläger waren leider etwas in die Jahre geratten. Nicht schlimm! Aber ein Austausch wäre angemessen :D

Lovely peaceful location

It was not really walkable to any facilities/restaurants

The quietness, pool and patio area with plenty of seating areas.

We had a one year old in our party. Some areas within the garden he was able to escape and inside not particular baby friendly but we knew this when booking

The villa was a good size, especially for 6 adults. The kitchen was very well supplied ( and the wine fridge was excellent). The location was private and reasonably quiet - except for the local birdlife :) Lots of parking space and large area for drying towels etc.

The bottom of the pool was very slippery, especially on the sloping areas . This was fine as we were all capable swimmers, but could be something to be aware of with children. The gravel drive had a couple of very tight corners. We had a Citroën C4 that just about managed to fit between the walls. We drank bottled water as the tap water was salty. ( One very minor criticism is that the kitchen cupboards don't have any felt/rubber to prevent them making a slamming noise when you close them.....especially if you're used to 'soft close' )

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Auba so much that some of our group are thinking about booking it again in the future. It was very comfortable with attractive decorations and great facilities. Each member of our group complimented me on finding such wonderful accommodation for our stay. At one point I needed to make a request to the owner and I received a quick, friendly response. If I return to Mallorca then I would check to see if I could stay at Villa Auba again.

I have no negative comments. The only thing we didn't like was the slightly salty flavour of the tap water which flavoured tea and coffee. We bought bottled water to get around this so it wasn't an issue.
