Es war alles wunderbar können nichts negatives sagen. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt auch der Vermieterin dieser Unterkunft Sie hat auf Wunsch von mir für meine Partnerin und Ihrer Schwester 2 wunderschöne Blumensträuße bereitgestellt am Ankunftstag. Und hat uns bei Fragen alles beantwortet und vieles mehr. Für das alles möchten wir uns von ganzem Herzen bedanken und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The location is great, house is complete and comfortable.

It is a shame I can’t give this accommodation more than 6. First of all, looking at the pictures and the price, you’d think this is a luxurious villa. While there’s some truth to that, the house is by far no longer luxurious. It may have been at some point. For 2500eur a week we found ants all over the rooms, bathrooms and in the kitchen. There are damaged stuff like broken bathroom drain, broken light outside, broken kitchen tap, missing toilet brush. There was mold in bathroom ceilings which tells the house is not well cleaned or maintained. Then there’s the hot water boiler which is not sufficient for a party of 5. We were with 5 and always the last 2 people would shower with cold water. That is unacceptable for a villa of 2500eur a week. And that’s not the worst… The pool is advertised as having a heating unit. For us that was a major if not critical selling point of choosing this villa. Upon booking we asked the property manager to heat up the pool. This request was confirmed… but guess what: upon arrival the heating unit was disabled and the water was around 23 degrees. That was very cold. We contacted the property manager and after complaining she said: I’ll make an exception and turn the heating for 24 hours. Well that didn’t last long cause in the morning we had pool technician come by and they turned off the heating unit again… and that without informing us. We thought they’d come to check that everything was ok. We contacted the property manager again which turned quite aggressive on us, telling us the pool is going to be at ambient temperature, accused us of tampering with the heating unit and that the water temperature is 25 and that is heated. This turned into a drama but Booking assisted us in getting this resolved, however more than a half of our time was already wasted from our holiday. In the last 3 days we could enjoy the pool at 28-29 degrees and that was nice. This is the only reason why the score is a 6 and not a 1.

The villa is better than the pictures!! The host Lourdes is outstanding - caring, honest and willing to help you as much as she can. Every aspect of the villa is well thought through - from kitchen utensils, to the comforts of being away from home, outdoor facilities by the pool - everything has been carefully considered! We would stay here again and again! The villa is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, clean and everything you want in a home away from home.

The restaurants and attractions were slightly further away than we would have liked. We didn’t rent a car so had to rely on taxis and walking to Lidls. I recommend renting a car if you want to travel to restaurants and/or see any attractions.
