Casa MARE

Das Haus und der Garten sind fantastisch. Der Ausblick auf die inseltypische Landschaft ist ein Traum, nicht nur, wenn man entspannt im Jacuzzi sitzt. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill macht einen tollen Eindruck. Wir haben sie aber nicht benutzt, weil es uns abends zu kühl war. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten, einen großen Esstisch, zwei bequeme 2-Sitzer und einen bequemen schwedischen Schwingsessel. Das Hauptschlafzimmer - mit gediegenem Ankleidezimmer! - wurde, wie das Wohnzimmer auch, geschmackvoll und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die zwei Badezimmer sind mit Bidet, Dusch-WC, Konsolenwaschtisch mit Kommoden im spanischen Stil und mit barrierefreien Duschen eingerichtet. Generell ist das ganze Haus barrierearm. Alle Räume sind groß und hoch, es gibt nur ganz wenige Stufen, und die sind außen. Es werden viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, bei der täglichen Benutzung des Jacuzzi ein Riesenvorteil. Es ist eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Letztere ist recht musikalisch; wenn die Wäsche fertig ist, gibt sie ein fröhliches Liedlein zum Besten 😄. Wir wurden von einem sehr netten Deutschen begrüßt, der uns später auch per Whatsapp gute Tipps gegeben hat und bei allem sehr behilflich war. Die Lage fanden wir auchvwunderbar: Das Haus steht am Ortsrand von Guatiza, mit einem unverbaubaren Blick, und ist selbst auf der Gartenseite blickgeschützt. In Guatiza gibt es keinen Massentourismus, trotzdem ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bodega, eine Bar und den landestypischen Teleclub, wo sich Einheimische und Touristen zum guten und preiswerten Essen begegnen. Busverbindungen gibt es auch, haben wir aber nicht benutzt.

Dass im Jacuzzi zum Schluss wenig Wasser war, und dass das Wasser sich nicht wärmer einstellen ließ als 35°C. Die Beschattung ist etwas anstrengend. Es gibt einen riesigen Baldachin über dem Essplatz auf der Terrasse, der aber ohrenbetäubend schlägt, wenn es windig ist, was auf den Kanaren so gut wie immer der Fall ist. Eine Mikrowelle wäre praktisch, damit man einfach und unkompliziert Milch oder die Reste vom Vortag zu erwärmen könnte.

Très bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Maison très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Tout est à disposition (produits entretiens, linges, Aliments de base, sel, huile..)

Case Mare is a lovely villa. It is spacious and comfortable and well laid out with beautiful views over the sea, particularly at sunrise! It is well located for access to the north of the island - we joked that many places were 13 minutes away. The roads weren't busy unless we drove towards Arrecife and there is plenty of space for parking at the villa. There is a local small shop with basic provisions, and for our main shopping we went to the large Lidl at Costa Teguise. We would like to return!

We would have liked a microwave, or failing that more pans. There was a slight issue with damp in a couple of areas.

We absolutely loved the house – cozy, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and even more! The house is located close to the road, but there’s no need to worry as it was always very quiet. We enjoyed the peacefulness, the sound of the wind, and the birds singing. There’s no light pollution in this area, and the stars are incredibly visible. It was wonderful to have a barbecue, jacuzzi, and swings on the property. The living room is very cozy, with an electric fireplace and plenty of books about the island. This is one of the best places to stay. Michael was extremely courteous and shared excellent recommendations about the island with us. If we return to Lanzarote, we’ll definitely come back here!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

L'emplacement globale de la location sur l'ile. ( Ni trop loin , ni trop prés de tout ) La location est idéale pour une famille de 4 ou 6 ( 3 chambres , 2 SDB , 2 grandes tables intérieure et extérieure ) Le SPA avec vue...! Quasiment pas de vis à vis , vous êtes tranquilles. Il y a meme un dressing...!

Vraiment optionnel : un mirco-onde

Struttura perfetta attrezzata con ogni comodità, tranquilla e silenziosa, villa singola, parking disponibile. Stanze ampie, cucina fornitissima, arredamento molto bello e comodo. Jacuzzi esterna e solarium per momenti di relax.

Nulla, va bene così.
