Huvila oli kaunis ja valoisa. Kaikki tilat olivat hyvin toimivia ja viihtyisiä. Näköala huvilasta oli todella kaunis. Myös ulkotilat ansaitsevat kiitosta.

Ensimmäisestä päivästä alkaen tiskikoneen käyttö aiheutti ongelmia sähköjen kanssa ja tiskikoneen alkaessa lämmittämään vettä sulakkeet paloivat joko keittiöstä ja toisinaan koko huvila oli pimeänä. Huvilasta ei löytynyt ohjeita siitä, mistä sulaketaulut löytyvät. Asiakaspalveluun sai kyllä soittamalla yhteyden. Astianpesukonetta ei saatu korjattua koko lomamme aikana. Konetta käytiin kyllä huoltamassa mutta sitä ei saatu toimimaan. Jouduimme pesemään 9 hengen seurueemme tiskit käsin loman ajan ja ostamaan tätä varten siihen tarvittavat välineet. Loman jälkeen pyysimme hyvitystä tähän liittyen, sillä olimme vuokranneet huvilan siinä uskossa että sieltä toimiva astianpesukone löytyy. Asiakaspalvelu ei suostunut tästä mitään hyvitystä antamaan. Huvilan siisteystasoon voisi myös kiinnittää jatkossa huomiota. Tullessamme lattiat olivat likaiset ja tahmeat. Myös peitteet ja tyynyt olivat melko tahraisia. Meille toimitetuissa vuokratuissa liinavaatteissa oli lika- ja veritahroja. Huvilan naapuritontilla oli käynnissä rakennustyömaa, joka ymmärrettävästi aiheutti melua aamukahdeksasta eteenpäin kun työmaalla porattiin ja piikattiin. Auto hyvä olla reissussa mukana jos haluaa joutuisasti kauppa-asiat hoitaa. Ravintoloita ei lähialueella juurikaan ollut.
