Location and perfect for quiet rest

Bed and pillows were not comfy but this is personal preference.

Comfy bed, good location in a quiet residential area. Well equipped kitchen.

Have stayed here before & lots of general maintenance is now required - boiler leaks, microwave is old & blows the electrics every time, toilet roll holder & a curtain rail both fell off as not screwed up properly. Iron but no ironing board, only one cushion but 4 sunbeds. Towels looked old & mismatched. Garden overrun with weeds & scruffy paintwork outside. Most dangerous was a plug socket hanging off in the living room. They covered up several issues with sticky black plastic like the plinth in the kitchen. We fixed several of these issues whilst there but shouldn't have had to. Property could be excellent with a little bit of effort and we would stay again. Owners are obviously aware of some of these issues, if not all, so it is disappointing they have not resolved them.

clean tidy and spacious good outdoor space too

needed more fans or air con more towels would be good
