Villa Isa sea views

Der erste Eindruck, vorallem der Wohnanlage, war gut, so daß wir ursprünglich gern wiedergekommen wären.

Anhaltender Gestank nach Rohrleitung und feuchtem Mauerwerk, abbröckelnder Putz, klamme Sofapolster und Textilien (Lüften bringt keine Abhilfe), kaum Isolierung der zur Straße liegenden Gebäudefront, Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsstau

Isobel, the owner was helpful & easy to contact. The outside area was good, with both sunshine & shade throughout the day. Water pressure was good, & main bathroom shower was excellent.

Everything was rather tired, with unnecessary clutter. There was not really enough crockery to utilise the dishwasher properly, & what was there was not in good condition. The oven was hard to turn on as the knob was broken. Hopefully Isabel will do something about these issues as she said she would when we informed her. We found the beds quite hard. New pillows would be nice! The twin bedroom has no socket near the beds (only 1 socket in room) Isobel sent all the property info by messages the day we arrived & when also we couldn’t find things and had to ask. Was a nuisance having to scroll back through messages when we lost the WiFi signal to input the code again. An information folder at the property would be so much easier, both for Isabel & guests. The villa next door is currently having a revamp (Dec 25). Although this didn’t impact too much it is worth noting.

La casa ha davvero tutti i confort di cui hai bisogno, due bagni due camere cucina (attrezzata di tutto il necessario) ha la vista sulla sala da pranzo con salotto, veranda attrezzata con tavolo e panca x cenare fuori, due lettini e tavolo con due sedie., stendino. C'è il locale lavanderia con lavatrice e lavastoviglie Fuori c'è il parcheggio La spiaggia e i negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.
