El jacuzzi va necesita pronto una renovación

Al ser un grupo tan grande nos ha gustado muchisimo que cada habitacion tuviese baño privado. Las zonas comunes están en una planta y con aseo. La casa tiene privacidad Tiene un supermercado a 3 minutos andando de la casa. Muy cómodo. Se pueden aparcar 2 coches en la entrada, se puede aparcar en la calle y hay zona de aparcamiento cercano (a 1 minuto).

We got electric shocks from the water in the hot tub and the hosts barely cared. Me and a friend were in the water with my 3-year old son and her 12-year old. I got an electric shock as I got out of the water and my foot hit the ground, and my friend did too. We then got shocks from touching our children as we were trying to get them out, and once they were safe, I put my hand in for a final test and got a strong electric shock from the water! I contacted the host who said they would send ‘a plumber’ the next day and I questioned whether an electrician/jacuzzi specialist would be more appropriate? I speak Spanish and asked the two men who came the next day who they were and whether they were qualified electricians- they said ‘more or less’, which is not the answer a professional would give. They then said that they were just there for a first look and that a technician would be called. However, after an hour or so of tinkering they left saying it was ‘muy bien’, and I got a message from the host to say it was fixed and safe to use. I explained to the host that we did not feel safe using the jacuzzi- the experience of getting shocks from it was traumatic to say the least, especially as my small son could have been seriously hurt if I hadn’t been there to lift him out! What’s more, it clearly hadn’t been fixed by anyone certified. I asked for it to be switched off in order to keep the children safe - it took them 48 hrs and several follow up messages for them to turn it off! No compensation was offered and no apology beyond ‘sorry for the inconvenience’, despite the stress and upset the event had caused, and the potential for this accident to have been really serious! The host kept saying it was ‘our choice’ not to use it, even though we had good reason not to want to. Once I complained to Booking.com after the trip, the host did offer €100, but we had paid €2600 for the stay, so this did not feel remotely adequate given the severity of the incident.

En alguna habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni la calefacción, la mesa es un poco incómoda por tanto adorno metálico saliente, y aunque ya lo sabíamos antes de entrar, para lo que ha costado, deberían de permitir entrar antes o salir más tarde pues usan 6 horas para limpiar pero con suplemento se resuelve milagrosamente, cuando es un sitio que se alquila por habitaciones sueltas y podrían simultanear distintos horarios y para limpiar una habitación 6 horas es excesivo. Además no permiten la entrada de mascotas que por precio y horas de limpieza lo podrían permitir.

Huset låg fantastiskt fint med utsikt över hela dalen. Byn var mysig och där fanns bageri, affär och restaurang. Huset hade ett stort kök så det gick att umgås många.

Det var kallt när vi kom och strömmen gick flera gånger när huset skulle värmas upp. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte i alla rum. Gammal utrustning i köket. Söndrig brödkniv och slitna skärbrädor. Sängarna sköna men gamla. Filter till jacuzzin fungerade dåligt och locket var trasigt.

Le falta mucho para otorgarle a mi parecer el excepcional por el que lo reservamos, no es cómodo, el mobiliario en general un tanto pasado, quizás sea más cómodo para el verano.

Lo mejor de todo es que las habitaciones tien en baño.

Yllättäen kaikki makuuhuoneet eivät olleetkaan käytössä. Ulkovalot olivat ajastettuja eli istuimme pimeässä ulkona. Myös poreamme oli ajastettu josta meille ei kerrottu.
