Villa Pippa

Really loved the outdoor space. Pool, jacuzzi, garden and eating areas were brilliant. Bedroom with door to pool👌👍 Two spacious bathrooms. The off road parking so handy. The pool caretaker was fantastic cleaned every other day and also cleaned tiles on surrounding areas. Antonio who manages the property gave 5* service from arrival to allowing our late checkout. We did not hear any noise from buses as some reviews had mentioned.

Neither of these things were too bad but the kitchen sink is a bit tired and could maybe be replaced. The settee which converts to a bed had to be sorted quite often as the cushions kept slipping out.

We loved this villa, living area was lovely, clean and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed this villa and the outside space. Pool was clean and big and great seating areas. We thought location was brilliant and close to the front. The hotel across the road with drop offs didn't bother us at all. Would definitely come back here because it was fab! Antonio was super friendly too!

It would have been good to have air-conditioning, but there was a fan in one of the rooms which was good and did the trick but would be good to have one in each of the bedrooms, but it didn't cause any issues on our trip.

Antonio was an excellent host and the villa was a lovely place to stay. Antonio also allowed us to stay later on the last day as our transfer was not untill 5pm.

A lot of buses from the hotel over the road overlooking the villa.

The villa was beautiful It was so clean and the pool an added bonus.very nicely decorated and location very residential.central also to either matagorda or puerto del carmen less than 10 mins in taxi either way

The only thing that might bother some people is the villa is opposite a big hotel.it has pick ups by bus during the day but it did not bother us as you are well secluded in some areas near the pool etc

Everything the host was amazing helped us with anything we needed would definitely come again only about a 5-10 minute walk to beach restaurants and shops extremely happy sad we left

Loved having a pool, the outside space, and it's location. Staff looked after us very well, and allowed late check out, as no one booked in after us.

Old fashioned, villa needs moderation, ie furniture, bulb missing in every ceiling light in nearly every room. NO Air-Conditioning...this is very important in high season as bedrooms have no windows, just patio doors which you can't leave open at night, for security reasons. Only one fan, for a 2 bed ?

Loved the outdoor space, swimming pool and hot tub were a great asset and extremely clean. The villa had plenty of towels and toilet rolls. It was very clean and comfortable, especially the huge bed in the main bedroom. Antonio was extremely friendly, contacted us prior to arrival, during our stay and on our departure. Big shout out to the lovely cleaner who came half way through our stay, lovely lady ☺️

A couple of things I feel would of improved our experience and would definitely score a 10. Update of the inside of the villa, it's a little tired in places, also the outside furniture was a little worn and could do with an update. What also would be really useful if they provided at least some hand wash and a few cleaning bits, especially for the toilets. But none of this ruined our experience, just suggestions that maybe useful for others.
