Can Gelaberts by Sealand Villas

Villa très bien aménagée avec de superbes extérieurs, piscine, deux terrasses, grill, table de Ping Pong, pelouse etc. Chambres spacieuses et salles de bain et cuisine fonctionnelle, possibilité de faire des lessives. Facilité pour récupérer et rendre les clés.

Manque une machine à café style capsules, seulement café filtre.

We liked it was very private. The garden is spacious and nice. Enough room for our 5 person-family.

There are a LOT of moskitos and only one bathroom has moskito-net so its not possible to leave the doors or windows open. We had 3 rainy days and nothing didnd dry. All towels and clothes where wet. The house doesnt have bathroom radiator (I dond know the correct word). Floors are very cold in october. No vacum cleaner. We were 2 weeks and its really needed for long stay. The kitchen could be better equipped. We had only one big towel per person. We had to use the same towel in beach and in shower :( Its not a big cost to offer 2 towels per person and its a lot more comfortable for customer. Usually in houses and flats you can find salt, pepper, suggar, soaps and so on. But there was just a very mini starting package. We prefere to use salt/pepper, liquid soaps and fairy "left overs" , so no need to buy everything new in big package. This time we had to buy everything. It was new to us. I dont know if its this house only or Mallorca style. The pillows are terrible :( We changed them all. Check-in is 17.00 (its really late time for check in for me). Check-out was 10.00 am!!! Thats ridiculous! As our house was free next whole week, I asked late check out. 12.00 would have been great. Nobody answered to me. When we arrived, I also asked if we could go to house earlier (we hanged around 3 ours just to wait our house check in time) and they answered they will let us know if house is ready... Well... nobody didnt let us know. In our opinion, the house and service could offer more for the price. It is rather a more expensive price range and we decided to afford it this time, but we were not completely satisfied. The house should be invested a little more.

Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter, hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Lage ist gut, nicht grossartig. Die Lärmbelastung durch die Animation des Hotels nebenan hat uns nicht gross gestört. Wer es ruhig will, sollte nicht hier hin gehen. Die Klimaanlage und der Sport des angrenzenden Paddel-Centers ist immer sehr gut hörbar, die Strasse hat auch mehr als genug Verkehr. Parkiermöglichkeiten direkt an der Strasse war auch nie ein Problem, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend.

Auf die vielen Mücken waren wir vorbereitet. Dennoch wäre es ja kein grosses Projekt, Insektengitter an den Fenstern zu installieren. Leider war keine Grundausstattung wie Abwaschmittel, Putzmittel, Lappen oder Abtrocktücher da, wir mussten alles selber kaufen und haben es dann für die nächsten dort gelassen. Hoffentlich hat man es nicht sinnlos entsorgt.

Pool was quite dirty, filter wasn’t working

Villa was amazing, great outdoor space. Air con was a must in bedrooms! Check in and out seemless, cleaning unobtrusive. Pool and table tennis were a hit with whole family. Dishwasher was great addition!

Nothing, music from nearby hotel didn't bother us, some mosquitos but nothing major.

Excellent place & location, super clean, staff was reachable.

if someone comes to work here - I would not rely on the Internet; we appreciate heated swimming pool - this one didn't have it

Lovely location; walking distance to local shops, bars, beach, and restaurants. Pool was lovely. Villa was well equipped.

Beds weren't the comfiest however if you like a more firmer bed then it won't be an issue. Shower pressure wasn't great.
