VB Velázquez 6BDR Villa Marina

The property is lovely and spacious with everything you could need. The outside area was fantastic for relaxing by the pool. Very close to the marina, beach, bars and restaurants.

We loved everything about the property, a few things could do with updating and had a few issues with the air conditioning but overall we had a great time

The location was perfect just a short walk to the marina the villa was in a very good condition all rooms had air conditioners. We did find the pool was on the small side but ok for a quick dip. We were met by the lovely Andrea she was a delightful young lady. Nice grounds with a good Barbecue. Would definitely recommend to anyone Wanting a relaxing vacation

Pool is on the small side

Fantastic location. Lots of space, comfortable beds, great outside space, excellent privacy and secure. Only a few minutes walk to shops and Marina. Hosts went to the trouble of providing a hypoallergenic duvet (new) on request.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit tired and in need of an update, particularly the bathrooms upstairs.

We liked the pool area which was good for family chats, the location and space within the villa

We didn’t like the army of ants which we battled on a daily basis even though we purchased ant killer spray. My nephew was woken in the night to find ants in the bed and crawling all over him. When the gentleman came out to fix the Wi-fi which we were without for 3 days of our stay we told him of the issue we were having with ants he told us that at this time of the year is well know for ants and advised us to put everything in sealed containers My Dad also advised him of the mould and detachment of the seals on the large downstairs suite and also the jets didn’t work on the shower

Inflexability on check in / check out times.. All we needed was somewhere to leave our luggage

Fantastic location with no need for hire car. It was large space for everyone to spread out around the villa. The kids loved the pool, although it was a bit too cold for the adults. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. Communication with the staff member Tania was always prompt and helpful

Very run down Ants everywhere despite using spray (they left numerous bottles so must know its an issue) Water ran cold for a few days in a row (we contacted staff with no help whatsoever which really impacted plans. Ridiculous no hot water to be able to get washed) Beware 40 euro charge if you can't make it at the check in time specified by them (I advised before booking that my flight would be in a bit later than check in and they told me it would be fine and didn't mention the charge) Lights broke, switches stuck, awful smell constantly coming from one of the bathrooms, holes in furniture and badly stained. Overpriced
