Blancazul Brisa Marina

A fantastic base - really close to the town centre and lots of alternative walks to get there to avoid the (often windy) main Avenida. Aldi was just a short walk along the road too to stock up on essentials. The air conditioning in the villa is excellent and very quickly adjusts the temperature and the bed in the master bedroom is HUGE with a very comfy (firm) mattress. The villa was very clean on arrival and we had a mid-stay clean along with replacing shower towels. The pool was regularly maintained also over out break. The villa had everything we needed except for a corkscrew (!) but we managed to get one for a euro in Aldi! The staff in the Blancazul office were also very quick to respond to any questions or queries we had and made us feel very well looked after.

The back twin bedroom was overlooked by the villa behind (very close) which perhaps encroached a little in terms of privacy but this is me looking to find something in all honesty. Overall, we were really happy with the villa and all is provided and hope to be back (but will book directly next time!). We were also very lucky with the weather and although some days started cloudy the wind soon cleared this to blue skies.

We loved the location, which is within reasonable walking distance of both the marina and the town beach area. The villa was spotlessy clean and very well equipped, and we found the rental company excellent to deal with. We are happy to recommend Villa Rofe 15 and hope to return.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Just back from spending 5 nights here. The property's location is exceptionally convenient to all of the Playa Blanca hot-spots. Blanca Azul we're extremely easy to communicate with, and sent all relevant information prior to arriving. The Villa was spotlessly clean, with all amenities you could need. The outside area is well set up with the private swimming pool being a great addition. I would absolutley recommend this to anyone visiting Playa Blanca, and I will certainly be back.

Location was good and only short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Pool was cleaned frequently.

There was groups of homeless camping under road culverts on route to bars and wouldn't like to be walking on my own lste at night in this case.

Beautiful villa and loved that the poor was heated. The kids had a blast. Very private location and plenty of space. Aldi is only 7 minutes walk away and down into playa Blanca in about 10 minutes. It was spotlessly clean and communication was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

One minor thing and really is probably just me but the kitchen could do with one or 2 more units overhead as everything was squished into the corner unit.

I booked 4 villas from 26/12 - 02/01/26 to celebrate a big birthday with my family. The Villas were clean, had every facility needed and were equal distance between strip and marina. We ate at some lovely restaurants. Denisa who was my main contact was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she answered queries almost straight away. We asked for travel cots, highchairs and childrens bath in two of the villas and it was all there when we arrived. All our pools were heated as requested and the pool men came to clean & check every other day. I would definitely go back.

Hot water occasionally ran out if we all showered after each other. Apart from that I cannot fault the villas.

Location was close to beaches and restaurants, 10min walk Comfortable beds Large bedrooms and bathrooms Good size pool and cleaned midweek Plenty of towels Well equipped kitchen, tea towels, washcloths, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided . Cleaners arrived midweek to freshen up and replaced towels.

No bug screens on doors Hot water tank very small so we had to stagger taking showers to allow water to heat up. BBQ wire rack is too small for the opening so kept falling down while cooking

The villa is large an spacious. In truth it's for up to six people, which would then be a bit of a squeeze but for just the two of us it was amazing. What we really enjoyed and which is very unusual for holiday accommodation, is that all of the rooms are very spacious and that was lovely. It was clean upon arrival and when we saw the pool man he was very affable and chatty, which we liked.

When we received a communication from the office it seemed to be worded almost like an order rather than a request, which was a little off putting. It was very expensive, which we were happy to accept, but we would have expected a reasonable welcome pack with that sort of cost. We are in the industry on the mainland, so like to give guests a real treat when they arrive.
