"NEW" Deluxe designer Villa Infinity, with Panoramic sea views,own exclusive heated private pool, subtropical gardens

The property is in a good location close to all the attractions we planned to visit and with good shops nearby. Richard is a nice host and explained to us everything in the house. He lives just next to villa (sharing the same wall), so can help with anything if needed. We got a lot of complimentary food so there was no need for urgent shopping on the first day (fruits, wine, snacks, eggs, bread, etc.). Really nice gesture. The beautiful bath is a real highlight. Villa is in a good condition and has everything that is needed. Coffee machine is a great idea and we enjoyed good coffee every morning. BBQ ensured we had great dinners and no need for restaurants. Heated pool is great option for this time of the year.

There is definitely a conflict between host and their neighbors regarding the installed camera in the pool area. Neighbor reached out us few times to say about hosts not respecting privacy.. first days camera was not facing us at all so we didn’t have any problem with it, though would be better if camera was mentioned in the booking description or at least we were informed by host. We noticed it by ourselves. But on the last day camera went crazy and started to move all the time, facing us as well, which annoyed us. Though host came and unplugged it at the end to fix it.

Absolutely stunning and so comfortable. Had everything you need and a great welcome pack to save a last minute trip to the shop. Pool was warm and Richard was a great host

We loved everything about the property. Richard was really helpful. The place is full of quality and comfort If you are thinking of booking this villa ,you will not be disappointed. One of the best villas we have stayed in.

Fantastic villa, and the host (Richard) was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa has everything you need. You don't need to buy anything to eat/drink for your first night, as there is a "welcome basket" that includes snacks that is enough to feed 2 people. Lovely outside area to chill out. Can't fault anything.

Secluded but within easy reach of great restaurants and beaches. Wonderful pool to relax by and all modern conveniences catered for. Comfortable bed. Shower and bath options. Modern, clean and well designed.

The accommodation was truly fantastic. Very complete. Richard is a very good host. He gave good tips about the island (also in advance). There was even a filled welcome basket and refrigerator ready upon arrival. Everything seemed possible. Richard was always available for any questions, no matter how small. We lacked nothing and would love to come back again!
